You will first be considered for a Visa Signature card. If you do not qualify for the Visa Signature card, you will automatically be considered for a

30,000 Bonus Miles:
With this bonus offer you will qualify and receive 30,000 bonus miles after you make purchases totaling $1,000 or more during the first 3 months
from account opening. Purchases do not include using your account for balance transfers or cash advances, or using any checks that access your account.
After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus miles to post to your account. To be eligible for this bonus offer, account must be open and not
in default at the time of fulfillment. This bonus offer is valid only for first-time United MileagePlus Visa cardmembers with new accounts. Previous and
existing United MileagePlus Visa cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer. Bonus miles do not count towards Premier® status.
5,000 Bonus Miles:
With this bonus offer you will qualify and receive 5,000 bonus miles after your first purchase and addition of an authorized user to your account; both must
occur during the first 3 months from account opening. First purchase does not include using your account for balance transfers or cash advances, or using any
checks that access your account. After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus miles to post to your account. This one-time bonus offer is valid only
for first-time United MileagePlus Visa cardmembers with new accounts. Previous and existing United MileagePlus Visa cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for
this bonus offer. These miles do not count toward Premier® status. If your account is not open for at least six months, United and Chase reserve the right to
deduct the bonus miles from your MileagePlus Program account.
Calendar Year Bonus Miles:
As a one-time bonus each calendar year, once you reach $25,000 in Net Purchases you will receive 10,000 bonus miles. (“Net Purchases” means purchases of goods and services
made by you or any authorized user on your account minus any returns or refunds, and do not include balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers
checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any
kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account.) Purchases you make with other United credit cards prior to becoming an Explorer
cardmember will not count towards the $25,000 requirement. For your first year as an Explorer cardmember, calendar year means the period beginning with your enrollment
date through December 31 of that same year. Therefore, you will have from your account open date through December 31 to earn the one-time bonus in your first year. Please
allow up to 6 weeks after the billing cycle in which you qualify for bonus miles to post to your MileagePlus account.
Free Checked Bag:
The primary cardmember and one traveling companion on the same reservation are each eligible to receive their first checked bag free; authorized users are only
eligible if they are on the same reservation as the primary cardmember. To receive first checked bag free, the primary cardmember must include their MileagePlus®
number in their reservation and use their MileagePlus Explorer Card to purchase their ticket(s). First checked bag free is only available on United- and United Express-operated
flights; codeshare partner-operated flights are not eligible. Fees for additional/oversized/overweight bags may apply. Members who are already exempt from other checked baggage
service charges will not receive an additional free checked bag. Chase is not responsible for the provision of, or failure to provide, the stated benefits. Please allow 2 weeks

Priority Boarding:
The primary cardmember and companions traveling on the same reservation are eligible for priority boarding; authorized users are only eligible if they are on the same reservation
as the primary cardmember. To receive priority boarding, the primary cardmember must include their MileagePlus® number in their reservation. Priority boarding is only available
on United- and United Express-operated flights; codeshare partner-operated flights are not eligible. MileagePlus Explorer Card members will receive priority boarding after
Premier® members and passengers with Premier AccessSM designations or requiring special assistance. Chase is not responsible for the provision of, or failure to
provide, the stated benefits. Please allow 2 weeks after account opening for priority boarding to be available on your United reservation.
Anniversary United Club Passes:
The primary cardmember will receive two (2) one-time use United Club passes after account opening and every 12 months thereafter. Each pass is valid for one (1) guest for one
(1) visit when presented at any United Club location. United Club passes have no cash value, cannot be sold and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Each United Club pass is
subject to the expiration date printed on the certificate and must be presented for admittance to the United Club. Chase is not responsible for the provision of, or failure to

Authorized User:
As the Primary Cardmember, you will be liable for all account balances. Authorized Users will not have financial responsibility for the account. For Authorized Users, this
account will be reported to the credit reporting agencies as an Authorized User's account. This could potentially impact the Authorized User's credit score. All correspondence
including statements and notifications will be sent to the address listed on the account.
United MileagePlus Visa Card Program Information:
Individuals whose requests for this offer are not approved will not be enrolled in MileagePlus® through this request, although existing MileagePlus members will remain
enrolled in MileagePlus. Authorized users will not be enrolled in MileagePlus as a result of this request. MileagePlus miles awarded through the use of the authorized
user’s card will only be credited to the primary cardmember’s account.If a cardmember’s membership in United’s MileagePlus Program is terminated in accordance with the
terms and conditions of that Program, the cardmember will no longer be eligible to earn any MileagePlus miles for purchases using the United MileagePlus Card. Chase’s
sole obligation concerning the award and redemption of miles shall be to make a valid request to United to award miles to the cardmember’s associated MileagePlus account.
Chase disclaims liability or responsibility for United’s failure to award or redeem miles to the cardmember’s associated MileagePlus account after Chase has met its
obligations to United in connection with such a request. Benefits are available as long as cardmember’s MileagePlus Explorer Credit Card account is open and not in default.
Upon closure of the cardmember’s MileagePlus Explorer Credit Card account, all benefits will be canceled.
United MileagePlus Program Information:
Miles accrued and awards issued are subject to the rules of the United MileagePlus program. United, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any
products and services of other participating companies or partners. Please allow six to eight weeks after completed qualifying activity for bonus miles to be posted to
your MileagePlus account. Bonus miles and miles earned through non-flight activity do not count towards Premier status. Bonus mile offers are subject to change without
notice. Taxes and fees related to award travel are the responsibility of the passenger. United may change MileagePlus program rules, regulations, travel awards and special
offers or terminate the MileagePlus program at any time and without notice. MileagePlus participation may not be permitted in some countries. United and MileagePlus are
